INVESTIGATIONS

For over 14 years Intelligence Solutions has delivered capability-building services in terms of:

  • capability to deliver compliance, regulatory or investigative services on behalf of government departments, local councils and commercial enterprises; and
  • investigative skills to detect non-compliant and criminal activities then manage investigations, collate evidence and, where desirable, prosecute the offending parties.

We deliver services throughout New Zealand and internationally and can tailor learning to the topics, dates and locations which best meet your need.

We also provide analytical services to support investigations for compliance and enforcement in criminal, civil and commercial situations.

NZQA accredited training providers

Intelligence Solutions is an accredited provider, approved by Learning State, to deliver NZQA Compliance and Intelligence Analysis qualifications (at foundation, certificate and diploma levels) under the Compliance Common Capability Programme (CCCP) launched in 2011 for central and local government agencies.

Intelligence Solutions works in partnerships with Learning State and other approved providers to deliver sector-specific learning which best enables organisations to fulfil their compliance and regulatory mandate.

We provide training in 80 individual unit standards under the following qualifications within the national qualification framework (NQF) - many of which provide the core knowledge and skills for effective investigation planning and management; or analytical support to investigations, including:

  • National Certificate in Compliance and Regulatory Control (Local Government Enforcement)

  • National Certificate in Public Sector Compliance (Foundation) (Level 3)

  • National Certificate in Public Sector Compliance Operations (Level 4) with an optional strand in Investigations

  • National Diploma in Public Sector Compliance Investigations (Level 5) with optional strands in Prosecutions, and Civil Appeal Proceedings

  • National Certificate in Intelligence Analysis (Level 4)

  • National Diploma in Intelligence Analysis (Level 5)

We offer training services which are for either:

  • the "agency" - specific to an agency and, typically, run as a "closed" programme for staff within a single client agency with content which is specific to their role and needs; or
  • the "sector" - relevant to multiple agency roles and typically run as an "open" programme for staff from various agencies with the intention being to cross-pollinate ideas and build inter-agency understanding, co-operation and capability.

NZQA accredited workplace assessors

Intelligence Solutions provides approved and accredited workplace assessors for the following NZQA qualifications (at foundation, certificate and diploma levels) in:

  • Compliance (most unit standards within national qualifications 1246, 1664, 1665 & 1666); and
  • Intelligence Analysis (all unit standards within national qualifications 0999 & 0899).

To satisfy NZQA and Learning State accreditation requirements Intelligence Solutions' trainers and assessors have completed a detailed application process to confirm their subject-matter and training expertise in the relevant unit standards and qualifications. To maintain our accreditations as training providers and assessors we are subject to regular moderation and evaluation by NZQA to ensure our ongoing compliance with their accreditation requirements.
